On the beep add

70g cold buttercut into cubes from the fridge

75g dark mint chocolate chunks

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Put ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed or put the yeast in the yeast dispenser if you have one. |

Add the 70g butter and dark chocolate later when the beep sounds. Do not put in the raisin nut dispenser. |

Set the breadmaker to the brioche program 3hours 30 mins, light crust. |
