On the beep add

70g cold buttercut into cubes from the fridge

75g chopped crystallized ginger

75g dried apricotschopped

Put ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed. Put the yeast in the yeast dispenser if you have one. |

Add the additional ingredients when the bread bakery beeps. Do not put them in the raisin and nut dispenser. |

Set the breadmaker to the brioche program 3hours 30 mins, light crust. |
