Apricot Ginger Panettone Recipe

1½ tsp yeast
400g strong white flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
50g cold butter cut into cubes
2 medium eggs beaten
200ml milk
On the beep add
70g cold butter cut into cubes from the fridge
75g chopped crystallized ginger
75g dried apricots chopped

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Put ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed. Put the yeast in the yeast dispenser if you have one.

Add the additional ingredients when the bread bakery beeps. Do not put them in the raisin and nut dispenser.

Set the breadmaker to the brioche program 3hours 30 mins, light crust.
