Steaming the chicken makes it tender and browning it in the pan adds sweetness. The combination with the raw corn, tangy red onion and cheddar makes this a real treat! And it only takes half an hour to prepare!

Steps

Place the chicken thighs in the Pana-chrunch Pan on top of the bay leaves. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper.

Turn the Pana-crunch Pan up to the top heat, select STEAM 3 and steam the chicken thighs for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the corn off the cob, the red onion into half rings, and the avocado into slices.

Mix the grated garlic and lime juice and grated peel into the crème fraîche.

Once the chicken is cooked, you 'pull' the chicken into thin shreds using 2 forks.
Stir in the BBQ sauce and then turn the frying pan up high to heat and brown the chicken.

Grill the wraps until grill marks start to appear.

Spread the crème fraîche sauce onto the wraps and add the onion and corn.

Divide the chicken over the wraps and finish off with the cheese, avocado and a few coriander leaves. Then serve.

6 chicken thighs
6 bay leaves
2 tsp. smoked paprika powder
3 tbsp. bbq sauce
1 packet carrot wraps or other wraps
season with salt and pepper
FOR THE TOPPING
1 red onion
2 cobs of corn
1 avocado
100g cheddar grated
125g crème fraîche
1 grated garlic clove
1 lime peel grated and juice
2 springs fresh coriander
