Steamed Sea Bream Fillets and Mangetout with Citrus Butter Recipe

Main dish rich in omega3: prepare this healthy and tasty recipe with steamed sea bream fillets on a bed of orange slices and mangetout with home-made citrus butter.

Adjust Servings:
½ lemon zest and juice
salt and pepper to taste
60g butter softened
200g mangetout
For the fish
4 sea bream fillets
3 organic oranges
salt and pepper to taste
4-6 fresh thyme springs

Steps

Mix together water, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper and butter. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of greaseproof paper and roll it into a cylinder. Keep refrigerated.

Place the mangetouts on the grill tray, in the upper shelf position. Steam them using the AUTO STEAM FRESH VEGETABLES programme. (don't forget to fill the water tank beforehand)

Once the mangetout is done, place the fish fillets on the grill tray with some orange slices and thyme springs. Season them with salt and pepper. Select the STEAM programme 1 and cook the fish fillets for about 15 minutes or until they look well cooked.

Serve the fish with the vegetables and some flavoured butter slices.
