Surprise your guests with a special dinner: chicken tikka skewers are easy to prepare and incredibly delicious.

Adjust Servings:
150g low fat natural yoghurt
2 tbsp hot curry paste
300g chicken breast skinned and cut into bite sized pieces
12 cherry tomatoes

Steps

Fill the water tank with fresh water.

Mix the yoghurt and curry paste together in a medium bowl, then add the chicken. Leave to marinate for an hour.

Thread the chicken pieces and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers.

Place the skewers on the grill tray in the upper shelf position. Select COMBI 5 program and cook for 10 minutes; then turn the skewers over and cook using COMBI 5 for an additional 8-10 minutes or until cooked.

Tipp: Serve with some salad on the side for a low-carb dinner.
