Spice up your dinner with some tasty home-made chicken wings. Marinated with a delicious sauce out of soy sauce, garlic and some other very tasty ingredients.

12 chicken wings
60ml clear honey
60ml soy sauce
60ml dry sherry
1 or 2 cloves of garlic crushed
2.5-3cm ginger root grated
20g cornflour
300ml orange juice
5 spring onions finely chopped
10ml tomato puree
30g soft brown sugar

Steps

Put honey, soy sauce, dry sherry, garlic, ginger, cornflour, orange juice, onions, tomato puree and sugar in a bowl. Mix them together to create the sauce. Then, put the chicken wings in it and leave to marinate for about an hour.

Place the chicken wings on the grill tray in the lower shelf position. Select the COMBI 2 programme and cook the chicken for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Move the grill tray in the upper shelf position, select the GRILL 1 programme and cook the wings for another 15 minutes, until they are golden brown.
