Directions
Tender sweet potato rounds cooked slowly in the Panasonic Air Fry Combination Microwave Oven, then finished with a honey glaze and crisped using the air fry function. Finished with crumbled feta and fresh chives, these make a simple yet elegant side dish.

Place the enamel tray into the Air Fry Combination Microwave Oven on top of the glass turntable. Select Combination 3 and cook at 200°C + MW 300 W for 35–45 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender. |

Drizzle the sweet potatoes with honey and gently toss to coat. |
