Adjust Servings:
1 tsp dry yeast
400g white spelt flour
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp sugar
1 3/4 tsp salt
50g seeds and kernels e.g. pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed and sesame
260ml water

Steps

Put all ingredients into the bread pan of the Croustina breadmaker in the order listed.

Select and start programme 1 for “White Bread”.

After 3 hours and 15 minutes the crispy spelt bread will be ready. Remove the finished bread from the pan immediately once done baking and allow to cool down on a rack.
