250g strong white bread flour

1 tbsp skimmed milk powder

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:

15g butter

100g mixed dried fruits

50g soft brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

ICING:
-
75g icing sugar
-
3 tsp milk
-
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Making a cinnamon roll by hand seems impossible! Just leave the difficult dough-making to the machine and the rest is easy! Add some of your favourite dried fruits as you roll the pasty for a treat that looks and tastes fantastic.

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Add the ingredients into your Breadmaker in the following order: strong white bread flour, skimmed milk powder, sugar, salt, butter,egg, water and dry yeast. |

Select the Basic Bread Dough Programme on your breadmaker and press start. |

Remove the dough and shape it into an oblong. |

Spread melted butter, cinnamon, soft brown sugar and mixed dried fruits on top. |

Roll up from long edge and cut into 8-10 pieces. |

Put the pieces on a baking tray and let rise for 30 mins. |

Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake for 15mins. |

Sprinkle the icing sugar on top. |
