Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
450g manitoba flour or strong wheat
300g cooked beetroot
90g sourdough starter
50ml water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt

Steps

1

Blend the cooked beetroot until obtaining a soft purée.

2

Add Manitoba flour, water, sourdough starter, the beetroot purée, salt and oil into the breadmaker. Select programme 30 (Bread Kneading) and knead for 20 minutes.

3

Remove the dough from the breadmaker and form a ball. If the dough is too wet, add some flour. Place the dough on the grill tray and cover it with a kitchen cloth. Let it rest for 12 hours.

4

Afterwards, place the dough in your Combi Microwave Oven and bake it using programme COMBI 3 (Steam + Convection) for 55 minutes.

5

Allow to cool and enjoy!

Enjoy
