100g butter
175g caster sugar
2 eggs Large, beaten
200g self raising flour Sifted
1/2 tsp baking powder
200g bananas Ripe
85g natural yoghurt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
125g sultanas
100g walnuts
50g poppy seeds

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

In a bowl, cream together the butter and the sugar until it is light and fluffy, add the beaten eggs, then the flour and baking powder a little at a time until it is all incorporated.

Mash the bananas until smooth and stir into the mixture with the yogurt. Add the nutmeg, sultanas, and the roasted nuts and poppy seeds and mix until smooth.

Spoon the mixture into the lined bread pan and set to BAKE ONLY function for 1 hour. Test the bread after about 45 minutes by pressing the top gently, if it springs back it is cooked. If not then it will need longer.
