125g sugar
50ml milk
1.5 tbsp baking powder
150g flour
65g butter
Topping
2 apples
60g sugar

Steps

Knead all the ingredients for the dough well.

Butter the microwave tray.

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and line the tray with it.

Peel and quarter the apples, remove the cores and cut the apple pieces into slices.

Spread the apple slices evenly on the dough and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in the oven setting at 210 °C for 14 minutes and then grill for 2 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly.

Tip: Serve with sweetened creme fraiche.
