Ingredients

1kg spare rib
50g carrot
60g onion
5g ginger chopped
75g soy sauce
45g orange marmalade
8g pepper
20g garlic
50g white wine
80g toasted sesame seeds
2 orange

Steps

1

Peel and cut the carrots, onion and garlic into small pieces.

2

For the marinade, add the vegetables from step 1, soy sauce, pepper, orange marmalade, white wine and chopped ginger to a blender and blend until smooth.

3

Place the spare ribs in a deep bowl, together with the marinade from step 2.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight to marinate.

4

Remove ribs from the marinade, place them in the center of the wire shelf, place half-cut oranges, in the corners and set it in the upper shelf position.
Place the glass tray on the base of the oven to catch drippings.

5

Cook on ‘Combi 4’ (Convection 230 ºC + Grill high + 300W (Microwave)) for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, spread marinade on the ribs. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook for 12 more minutes.

6

To serve, pile the ribs and the oranges on plates.
