Whole Grain Spelt and Rye Bread Recipe

BREAD SIZE: L
300g wholegrain spelt flour
100g whole rye meal
100g rye flour
2 tsp sugar
1½ tsp salt
10g butter
150g natural yoghurt
230ml water
1¼ tsp dry yeast

Steps

Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients. (top-to-bottom order)

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select programme Spelt and bread size L and press start.

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
