Adjust Servings:
2.5l cold water
2 tbsp salt
1 carrot scraps and peel
2 onion scraps
1 potato peel
the green part of 1 leek
1 bunch of parsley
scraps of 1 zucchini
1-2 cauliflower leaves

Steps

Add water, salt and some vegetable scraps into the breadmaker.

Select the programme 26 (Bake only) and cook the broth in the breadmaker for one hour.

Let the broth cool for 10 minutes. Then strain it through a sieve.

Use the broth to prepare a hot meal or store it in the freezer for the future use.
