Strong-flavoured bread with sundried tomatoes and parmesan cheese.

Adjust Servings:
1 tsp dry yeast
300g bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
40g finely grated parmesan cheese
50g sundried tomatoes
200ml water

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Put the yeast into the yeast dispenser and add the dry ingredients into the bread pan.
TIP: You may add roasted pine nuts, dry basil and olives for a stronger flavour and serve with basil pesto.

Add the rest of the ingredients in the order listed and select the BASIC MENU.

Remove the bread from the bread pan.

Leave it to cool before serving.
