Gyozas Filled with Meat, Spring Onions and Ginger Recipe

Directions

Try this traditional dumplings recipe with our Panasonic Combi Steam Oven. The unique grill tray helps to steam the gyozas on top and grills them from the bottom. Don’t forget to serve them with some soy sauce or special dumpling vinegar!

Serving: 20 pieces
250g plain flour
150g warm water
a pinch of salt
450g minced meat mix of beef or veal and pork
100g fresh spring onions finely chopped
4cm fresh ginger peeled and finely chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
70ml soy sauce
sesame oil for the cooking

Steps

Mix flour, salt and water in the Breadmaker. Select the PIZZA DOUGH program and press Start.

Let the dough rest.

Mix the meat, soy sauce, ginger, onions and a garlic clove for the filling.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut out small circles.

Fill the gyozas with the meat mixture and seal.

Cook the gyozas on the grill tray for 10 minutes, using Combi 4 (Steam + Microwave)
