Steps

To make the filling, cut the pak choi into pieces and fill them together with the shiitake mushrooms and peeled garlic clove into the chopper attachment of the Panasonic hand blender and chop finely. Heat the peanut oil in a pan and fry the chopped vegetables for 5 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil and salt. |
