Adjust Servings:
500g stale bread
100g diced ham
100g diced fontina cheese
100g grated parmesan
3 eggs
250ml milk
a pinch of thyme
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
10g butter

Steps

Chop the stale bread coarsely and soak it in milk.

Then squeeze out the moisutre from the bread through a sieve.

Put the stale bread, diced ham, diced fontina cheese, grated parmesan, eggs and some thyme in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix.

Pour the mixture onto a buttered baking dish and place it on the medium shelf position. Select the Auto Programme 15 (Homebake Quiche) of your Combi Microwave Oven and bake.

Let it cool for a few minutes then serve.
