Pudding with chia seeds and almond milk

This chia seed pudding is easy to make and requires no cooking, so it’s the perfect dessert if you’re short of time!

Steps

Prepare the almond milk with the extractor, after having soaked the almonds. Extract the soaked almonds with water in the extractor.

Pour the chia seeds into the almond milk, add a sprinkling of cinnamon and the rice syrup. Mix and soak for at least a couple of hours.

Pour the pudding into the bowls and garnish with fresh chopped strawberries. If the pudding is a little thick on the surface, just stir it again. For a luxury garnish, add coconut shreds or grated dark chocolate.
