Healthy home-made alternative to the store-bought alcohol-free winter punch. You can adjust the sweetness level to your liking and get some extra vitamins from the freshly juiced fruits. Also perfect for kids.

Adjust Servings:
850g red grapes
3 pears
5 tangerines
60-80g xylitol sugar exact amount depending on the desired sweetness
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
3 cardamom
3 cloves
Additionally
cinnamon ground
around 50ml plant-based milk foamable - e.g. barista oat milk
1 handful of almonds
1 handful of cranberries

Steps

Juice the pears and peeled tangerines. You should get around 200ml.

Juice all the red grapes. It should make around 800ml.

Add the two juices with the sweetener and the spices into a saucepan. Bring it to a boil while stirring, then remove from the stove and let it steep for at least 12 hours.

Then fill the Glögg into glasses. Add a few almonds and cranberries (they will be soaked and taste wonderfully aromatic). Then garnish with some plant-based milk foam (for example, froth unsweetened almond milk) and sprinkle with cinnamon.
