Steps

1

Wash quinoa and steam according to the instructions using the rice steam programme (Steam Combi microwave).

2

Cut the red cabbage and radishes separately with the food processor and the fine disc attachment (manual programme, lowest setting).

3

Place the radishes in a bowl with the apple vinegar, agave syrup, mustard seeds, coriander seeds and salt, pour over boiling water and allow to cool.

4

Wash the mixed salad and dry in the food processor using the salad spin dry programme.

5

Steam the edamame beans using the “frozen vegetables” steam programme (Steam Combi microwave).

6

Take the florets of the cauliflower and cut lengthways in approx. 1 cm thick slices. Grill them in the microwave (grill setting 1, 160 degrees circulating air, for 30 minutes without pre-heating).

7

Halve the avocado, cut into very thin slices and shape into a rose. Serve all ingredients in a bowl.

8

Squeeze the lime and blend all of the ingredients for the sauce using the high-power blender until creamy.
