Directions
This light and wholesome loaf combines white and whole wheat flours, resulting in a soft, balanced bread perfectly baked on your mini breadmaker. A touch of lemon juice also helps achieve a better rise.

Steps

Place all the above ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above and select MENU 4 (Whole wheat – 5 hours). |
