Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
The dough
350g floury
potatoes flour 50g
1 egg
For the sauce
a jar of sundried tomatoes
1 small sachet of parmesan
150g spinach
1 tbsp double cream
1 onion
olive oil
salt and pepper

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Wash and peel the potatoes and then boil them in water. Cut them into small pieces
(2 cm max) then put them in the machine tin with water and flour. Start the machine in manual 30 for 5 minutes.

Place the dough on a floured surface and roll into a sausage shape. Cut into pieces and crush with a fork to shape them. Fill the NN-DS59 water tank. Put the gnocchi on a tray and cook them on Steam 1 mode for 10 minutes.

Drizzle the olive oil into a pan and brown the onions. Then add the spinach. Add a little water.

Add the sundried tomatoes, cream, salt and pepper. Tip in the gnocchi and mix. Then add the parmesan and cook for 10 minutes on grill 1.
