NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Sieve flour, baking powder, xanthan gum and salt into a bowl. |

Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. |

Stir in the sugar, bananas and the beaten egg, mix well. |

Remove the kneading blade from the bread pan and line the bottom of the pan with greaseproof or baking paper. |

Place the mixture in the bread pan. |

Select the bake mode and enter in 50 mins on the timer. |

Test with a skewer to see if the centre is cooked. If not select the bake mode again and enter a further 5 mins. on the timer. Allow to rest for 5 mins. in the bread bakery. |

Take the bread pan out of the bread bakery using oven gloves and leave to stand for another 5 mins. before removing and allowing to cool. |
