Bread for Children with Carrots and Apple Juice Recipe

This bread for children is the perfect addition for the family table with babies and small children since it does not contain any salt or sugar, so the little ones can have some too. Thanks to the carrots this bread stays juicy and even the crust is great to nibble on.

Finely grate the carrots.

Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients. (top-to-bottom order)

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 1 and press start.

Carefully sprinkle the dough with some spelt flour and rolled oats around 1 hour before end of baking.

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
