Delicious and healthy crusty nut bread made with spelt flour.

Ingredients

1 tsp dry yeast
400g spelt flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
280ml water
25g sunflower seeds
80g whole walnuts
60g roughly chopped hazelnuts

Steps

Add yeast, spelt flour, honey, salt and water into the bread pan of Croustina. Select program 3 and press start.

Once Croustina beeps, it's time to add the nuts/seeds to the dough.

Optional: Before the baking process starts (around 50min before end of the program) you can score the top of the bread with a sharp knife or a lame. First sprinkle some flour onto the dough and then carefully cut a cross into the top without scratching the bread pan.

Once the bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
