Cocoa and Tangerine Bread Recipe

Wake up your taste buds with this original cocoa and tangerine bread.

Ingredients

1 sachet (4g) yeast
400g flour
zest of 4 tangerines
35g olive oil
30g honey
a pinch of salt
300g water
37g cocoa

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Take the bread pan out of the breadmaker and add in all of the ingredients except for the cocoa. (top-to-bottom order)

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker and select program 3 and press start.

When the machine beeps, add the cocoa.

Once the bread is done, take it out of the breadmaker and let it cool down.
