2/3 cup sunflower oil
255g self-rising whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
140g light muscovado sugar
3 tbsp walnuts
127g carrot
2 ripe banana
2 egg
TOPPING
whipped cream As desired
pistachio As desired

Steps

Place all the cake ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Transfer dough into a glass baking pan.

Fill water tank. Place pan on the Grill Tray in the lower shelf position and cook at 300 W + Steam for 30 minutes or until well risen and set. Allow to cool.

To make the topping

Cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in sifted icing sugar. Spread the topping over cooled cake and top with walnuts.
