Note: The ingredient quantities are not compatible with Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100 - find the recipe suitable for PN100 (Smaller bread size) here
Steps

Blend the cooked beetroot until obtaining a soft purée. |

Add Manitoba flour, water, sourdough starter, the beetroot purée, salt and oil into the breadmaker. Select programme 30 (Bread Kneading) and knead for 20 minutes. |

Remove the dough from the breadmaker and form a ball. If the dough is too wet, add some flour. Place the dough on the grill tray and cover it with a kitchen cloth. Let it rest for 12 hours. |

Afterwards, place the dough in your Combi Microwave Oven and bake it using programme COMBI 3 (Steam + Convection) for 55 minutes. |
