Simple everyday rye sourdough breadmaker recipe with a mix of different rye flour types.

Ingredients

400g rye flour
100g whole rye meal
100g whole rye flour
1½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
20g butter
75g sourdough starter liquid
300ml water
1 tsp dry yeast

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100

Steps

Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients. (top-to-bottom order)

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select programme Rye and press start.

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
