1 goat cheese slices each 50g
1 tarte flambée dough
2 tbsp honey
1 bunch of thyme
50ml olive oil
salad
fig mustard

Steps

Spread the tarte flambé dough and cut into 2 strips.

Top each dough strip with a goat cheese slice.

Top the goat cheese with the thyme, olive oil, and honey.

Wrap the goat cheese like a gift and place it in the microwave.

Grill in the microwave for 7 minutes at setting 1 and then flip.

Now grill for 6 more minutes.

Arrange with some fig mustard and salad.

Hint: If you don't like tarte flambée dough, you may use filo dough instead.
