2 apples

Steps

Knead all the ingredients for the dough well. |

Butter the microwave tray. |

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and line the tray with it. |

Peel and quarter the apples, remove the cores and cut the apple pieces into slices. |

Spread the apple slices evenly on the dough and sprinkle with sugar. |

Bake in the oven setting at 210 °C for 14 minutes and then grill for 2 minutes. |

Allow to cool slightly. Tip: Serve with sweetened creme fraiche. |
