What’s better than a hot mug of gingerbread latte during Christmas time, while days are getting colder and you just want to stay at home. This gingerbread latte is like a hug in a mug. Enough caffeine to keep you full of energy, but it is also healthy thanks to pecan nuts and gingerbread spices such as cinnamon and ginger. Serve this hearty beverage during a Christmas brunch or next to some almond cookies: it’s such a treat you’ll definitely want to drink more often!

1/3 tsp cloves | |

Soak pecan nuts in hot water for 25 minutes. |

Drain and rinse pecans nuts. |

In a french press: make coffee by mixing 3 tbsp ground coffee with 600 ml hot water. Wait 3 minutes, then press the coffee with the filters. |

Mix soaked pecan nuts with coffee and spices in a jug. |

Put the mixture in the Slow Juicer. |
