Directions
Juicy & crispy whole roasted chicken with vegetables. Try it with your Panasonic Combi Microwave oven.

For whole chicken, rub salt and pepper outside (all around) and inside, then insert rosemary into the stomach. |

Cut the potato in half with the skin on. Cut the carrot into 2cm rounds. Remove the skin from the small onion and cut the garlic in half. |

Place the chicken in a heat resistant oven dish and add the vegetables around the chicken. |

Drizzle vegetable oil over the entire mixture. |

Put the chicken (in the oven dish) on the inside cavity and ECO COMBI 3 about 50min. |
