Directions
Sure to be the pot-luck favourite. Recipe featuring crab with avocado and puff pastry. Ready in just 40 minutes – and delicious.

Mix butter with pinch of salt and paprika and melt on 1000 W for 30 seconds. Preheat the oven on Convection 200 °C. Brush puff pastry with melted butter and cut in half lengthways, before dividing each strip into 3 pieces of the same size. Then place pastry pieces on the enamel shelf in lower shelf position, bake at Convection 200 °C for 11 minutes. |

Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the lime zest and juice, honey, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. Cut avocado in half and remove the pip. Then peel and cut the avocado into small cubes. Mix avocado with vinaigrette and set aside. |

Peel grapefruit and cut out the fruit segments. Wash dill, shake dry and pluck off the tips. Layer the puff pastry with avocado salad, crab meat and grapefruit and garnish with dill. |
