Steps

Wash the zucchini, halve them lengthwise and scoop out the inner part. Season it with salt and pepper. |

Chop some of the inner part of the zucchini in small pieces. Wash and halve the cocktail tomatoes. Halve the olives and chop the thyme finely. Fill the zucchini boats with the cocktail tomatoes, chopped zucchini and olives. Then crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle both the cheese and thyme on top. Optional: add some olive oil and a bit more seasoning. |

Place the zucchini boats onto a microwave tray and cook on 600 W mircowave power for 7 to 10 minutes in your Inverter Microwave. |
