2 potatoes
4 corn on the cob
1 big leek
1 glass of hot water or broth
2 or 3 fresh peppers red and green
1 tbsp of smoked paprika
1 tbsp of fresh parsley or coriander
a pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

Peel the potatoes and clean the leek. Then, chop the potatoes and the leek grossly. Put them on the grill tray. Select the STEAM 2 programme and steam them for 20-25 minutes.

Season the corn on the cob with a tablespoon of oil, salt and black pepper to taste. Then, select the STEAM 2 programme and steam them on the grill tray for 30 minutes or until they look well cooked.

Add water or broth. Blend together all the ingredients, until obtaining a creamy soup.

Season the soup with salt, garnish it with corn, coloured chopped chilli pepper, some presley leaves and paprika. Serve it in a bowl.
