A nice and easy spelt sourdough loaf which is unashamedly tasty and guaranteed to turn out perfectly. We want to show you just how quickly you can bake it in all Panasonic breadmakers.

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Mix the ingredients for the sourdough together until they form a smooth dough. Cover and leave the dough in a warm place for 2 hours. |

Add all the ingredients into the pan of the breadmaker and knead on program 28 (for SD-ZB2512) or program 1 (for Croustina) for 10 minutes. Then cancel the program. |
