Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
200g beetroot peeled and chopped
100g fennel chopped
30g onion chopped
2 garlic cloves peeled
120ml vegetable stock
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Add all ingredients to the jug of the Panasonic Blender & Soup Maker.
