Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
600g beef mince ideally 80/20 fat ratio
salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns
butter for toasting
4 slices cheddar or burger cheese
For the Sauce:
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato sauce ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp finely chopped pickles
To Serve:
shredded lettuce
tomato slices
red onion rings
hot skinny fries

Steps

1

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, mustard, and finely chopped pickles to make the burger sauce. Set aside.

2

Divide the beef mince into 8 equal portions (75 g each) and roll lightly into balls without compacting. Season with salt and pepper.

3

Place the grill plate into the Panasonic Multi-Cooker and select BBQ mode. Allow it to preheat.

4

Once hot, place the beef balls onto the grill plate and immediately press down firmly with a spatula to flatten into thin patties. Cook for 2–3 minutes without moving until crisp and browned on the bottom. Flip, add a slice of cheese to 4 of the patties, and cook for 1–2 minutes more. Stack a plain patty onto a cheese-covered one to create double burgers.

5

Butter the buns and toast them cut side down on the grill plate for 30 seconds until golden.

6

Spread burger sauce on the toasted sides of the buns. Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and the burger patties. Assemble and serve immediately with hot skinny fries.

Enjoy
