Ingredients
600g beef mince | |
salt and pepper | |
4 burger buns | |
butter | |
4 slices cheddar | |
For the Sauce: |
|
4 tbsp mayonnaise | |
2 tbsp tomato sauce | |
1 tbsp yellow mustard | |
2 tbsp finely chopped pickles | |
To Serve: |
|
shredded lettuce | |
tomato | |
red onion | |
hot skinny fries |
Steps
1
|
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, mustard, and finely chopped pickles to make the burger sauce. Set aside. |
2
|
Divide the beef mince into 8 equal portions (75 g each) and roll lightly into balls without compacting. Season with salt and pepper. |
3
|
Place the grill plate into the Panasonic Multi-Cooker and select BBQ mode. Allow it to preheat. |
4
|
Once hot, place the beef balls onto the grill plate and immediately press down firmly with a spatula to flatten into thin patties. Cook for 2–3 minutes without moving until crisp and browned on the bottom. Flip, add a slice of cheese to 4 of the patties, and cook for 1–2 minutes more. Stack a plain patty onto a cheese-covered one to create double burgers. |
5
|
Butter the buns and toast them cut side down on the grill plate for 30 seconds until golden. |
6
|
Spread burger sauce on the toasted sides of the buns. Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and the burger patties. Assemble and serve immediately with hot skinny fries. |
