Salmon Dill Patties Recipe

We love salmon a lot! Smoked or fresh, it is an amazing addition to every meal. Whenever we want something different than simply broiled salmon, we make patties. With lemon zest, dill and capers, they have so much flavor! Serve them with a vibrant salad, roasted veggies and a simple sauce and you’ll have the perfect meal.

Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
500g wild salmon fillet
2 spring onions
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp dill
1/2 tbsp lemon zest
pink himalayan salt
extra virgin olive oil to cook

Steps

Add salmon fillet, chopped spring onion, capers, lemon zest and salt into the jug of the hand blender.

Blend on high until everything is mixed well.

Form 18 small patties with your hands and arrange them on the microwave baking tin.

Drizzle the patties with olive oil.

Cook the patties on COMBI 2 (300W + High Grill Level) for 5 minutes.

Take them out of the oven and store in a glass container.
