Directions
We love salmon a lot! Smoked or fresh, it is an amazing addition to every meal. Whenever we want something different than simply broiled salmon, we make patties. With lemon zest, dill and capers, they have so much flavor! Serve them with a vibrant salad, roasted veggies and a simple sauce and you’ll have the perfect meal.

Blend on high until everything is mixed well. |

Drizzle the patties with olive oil. |

Cook the patties on COMBI 2 (300W + High Grill Level) for 5 minutes. |
