Pudding with chia seeds and almond milk Recipe

This dessert with chia seeds and almond milk is easy to make and requires no cooking.

Adjust Servings:
4 tablespoons chia seeds
400ml water
80g almonds
2 tablespoons rice syrup
50g strawberries
cinnamon a sprinkling

Steps

Soak your almonds over night (or at least 8hrs) in a pot of water.

Take your almonds out of the water and put them in a bowl with 400ml of fresh water. Put the almonds with the water in your Slow Juicer.

Pour the chia seeds into the almond milk, add a sprinkling of cinnamon and the rice syrup. Mix and soak for at least a couple of hours.

Pour the pudding into the bowls and garnish with fresh chopped strawberries. If the pudding is a little thick on the surface, just stir it again. For a luxury garnish, add coconut shreds or grated dark chocolate.
