Soak your almonds over night (or at least 8hrs) in a pot of water. |

Pour the pudding into the bowls and garnish with fresh chopped strawberries. If the pudding is a little thick on the surface, just stir it again. For a luxury garnish, add coconut shreds or grated dark chocolate. |
