Steps

Remove the seeds from the tomato and red paprika, then cut the celery and garlic into suitable-size pieces. |

Put the ingredients from step 1 above into a container with the mineral water and salt, and blend with a hand blender. |

Pour into a cup, garnish with almond slivers and basil, and stir in the olive oil. |
