In a large bowl, combine the lamb mince with grated onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, chili flakes (if using), salt, pepper, and chopped herbs. Mix well until the mixture is sticky and holds together. |

Place the grill plate into the Panasonic Multi-Cooker and select BBQ mode. Allow it to preheat. |
