Directions
“Dukkah” is an Egyptian mixture of nuts, seeds and spices. It’s typically enjoyed with just bread and olive oil, but we actually love to sprinkle it on everything. From cauliflower steaks to salads, it really gives flavor and substance to most meals. It’s originally made with sesame seeds, but since we do eat lots of tahini (which is made from ground sesame) we wanted to give a break from all that sesame and tried it out with hemp seeds: the result was equally amazing!
