250g block halloumi cheese cut into 8 thick slices
1 tbsp olive oil
4 brioche buns
4 tbsp hummus
1 large ripe tomatoes thinly sliced
salad leaves
4 tbsp tomato salsa

Steps

Pre-heat your Combi Microwave to GRILL 1. Line the metal tray with baking paper.

Brush each slice of halloumi with olive oil and place on the prepared baking tray. Place in the upper shelf position and GRILL for 4-5 mins each side or until golden.

Lightly toast each half of the brioche buns and spread the bottom half with hummus.

Add salad, tomato and then the grilled halloumi, finish with salsa and top with the other half of the bun.
