Grilled Asian Chicken Burgers Recipe

Adjust Servings:
4 skinless chicken breast fillets
40g roasted salted peanuts finely chopped
3 spring onions finely sliced
1 piece of fresh root ginger grated
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 red chilli finely chopped
small handful fresh coriander finely chopped
black pepper
To serve
4 ciabatta rolls halved and lightly toasted
salad leaves
sweet chilli sauce

Steps

Place all the burger ingredients in to a food processor and blend until combined. Once blended shape in to 4 burgers or 8 smaller burgers.

Place on a lined metal tray and cook on CONVECTION 200C + GRILL 1 for 10-15 minutes turning halfway through cooking.

Spread one half of the toasted roll with sweet chilli sauce, salad leaves and the burger, top with the remaining roll and serve.
