                                          250g block halloumi cheesecut into 8 thick slices

                                          1 tbsp olive oil

                                          4 brioche buns
- 
                                          4 tbsp hummus
- 
                                          1 large ripe tomatoesthinly sliced

                                          4 tbsp tomato salsa

Steps
| 1 | Pre-heat your Combi Microwave to GRILL 1. Line the metal tray with baking paper. | 
| 2 | Brush each slice of halloumi with olive oil and place on the prepared baking tray. Place in the upper shelf position and GRILL for 4-5 mins each side or until golden. | 
| 3 | Lightly toast each half of the brioche buns and spread the bottom half with hummus. | 
| 4 | Add salad, tomato and then the grilled halloumi, finish with salsa and top with the other half of the bun. |
